How could he do this to me?

Scarlette kicked the dirt with the toe of her shoe as she walked across the field. She gave him her heart and soul, physically bound them together. The police knocked on her door; Rory, a missing person.

Tears dampened her face. She wiped under her eyes, careful not to smear her mascara. Not again.

She threw her shoulders back and stood in front of a crudely made scarecrow. From her satchel she pulled out a large pin.

“You should have taken my secret to the grave.”

Full force, Scarlette stabbed the voodoo doll, inflicting an agonising vengeance.

Betray a witch, turn her into a bitch.

  1. Psycho witch! I’m a little confused. Rory’s missing, but who’s getting the voodoo treatment? Is Scarlette responsible for the missing person and someone snitched? Snitches get stitches from witches.

    1. If only the writer had more words. 😈. She’s put the voodoo on Rory. He wasn’t very nice to her and gossiped about her. Rory’s missing; he either fled or Scarlette knows exactly where he is. Hell he might be the scarecrow – who knows lol.

      Thanks N!

      1. I know! The muse is stewing over this one, I might have to play and see what she comes up with.

Actually N, if you were paying attention, you’d know my favourite word looks more like this 🤬.

As for 😈, would you rather 👿? Or especially for you 💩? I’m feeling a little devilish at the moment.

The Muse likes her ego stroked, leave a comment and she'll do the same... unless there is a glitch... or human error...
