The nymph watched beneath the water. Her body, a shimmery dark mass under nature’s mirror. On the bank, a young man sat hypnotised by the ripples as he tossed stones and pondered over his life. The nymph waded closer. The sun’s rays danced on her naked body. The mortal blinked in disbelief.

The water maiden giggled and beckoned him to come, join her for a swim. Her perfect lips opened, an irresistible medley escaped. His desire latched onto her sound waves and followed heaven into the deep water, leaving behind his 21st-century problems.
