Tannille and The Muse converse…

Hey Muse, I think it’s only fitting you see the year out.

Oh, you’re just saying that because you’re drawing a blank for a story and the poem you started is so embarrassingly bad I won’t let you finish.

The train tracks remind me of The Fairy Express; we’ve already played with Brown Fairy this week. 

Actually, aren’t they tram tracks?

Does it matter? You’re just nitpicking. Either way, I have a feeling you want to throw a naughty child on the tracks.  

Who me? That’s hardly the way to finish a year… or is it? Hmmm. 2020, 2021 and 2022 all train wrecks. What’s another one?

    2. Well that’s a refreshing way to end your writing for 2022..a chat with your Muse.
      I hope this year has more good news than bad, but Qld hasn’t made a very good start so far…

        At least my muse doesn’t wait till I’m almost asleep before prodding me with an idea so much these days…did I just say that out loud? Lol
        I’m not sure how many parts this sequel should have…I don’t want to irritate anyone. 🤷‍♀️

      3. You know, I’ve never had that happen (the nagging muse before sleep, during sleep, first thing in the morning). I get the shower nag instead. I’m sure your muse will find a way to nag.

        Write where ever the muse takes you. You won’t annoy annoy anyone. 😀

      4. You get the shower nag too? It’s so annoying…where are we supposed to write it down..on the foggy glass door? Lol

    1. No trains 2023… Make the world great again. 😀. It would be nice to have a year without the world drama. I second “Muse, do your job”. May the muses make the world a better place. 😀
